At JANUS, every fragrance is created with the highest level of care, craftsmanship, and exclusivity. To preserve the integrity, quality, and hygiene of our products, we apply the following returns policy.
Right of Withdrawal (Online Orders)
In accordance with applicable consumer laws, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, provided the conditions below are met.
Eligible Returns
A return is accepted only if:

The product is unopened, unused, and originally sealed

The packaging is undamaged and in its original condition

The return request is made within 14 days of delivery
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Excluded from Returns
For reasons of hygiene, health protection, and product integrity, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Opened or used perfumes

Products with removed or damaged seals

Items that show signs of use, even minimal (e.g. one spray)

Products returned incomplete or without original packaging
The right of withdrawal expires once the seal of a perfume has been removed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will, of course, arrange a replacement or refund after review.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service before sending any item back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a confirmed defect or error on our part.
